Existiam casas que vendiam exclusivamente verduras, sal, potes e tudo que seria necess\u00e1rio para fazer as conservas caseiras. E a barraquinha de Nagano trouxe uma conservinha de uma planta parecida com a mostarda, levemente picante: Nozawa-na zuke. Uma del\u00edcia. Al\u00e9m de natto (soja fermentada), miss\u00f4 (pasta de soja) e conserva de wasaki na borra de sake. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5163.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"festival do japao ehime\" border=\"0\" alt=\"festival do japao ehime\" src=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5163_thumb.jpg\" width=\"484\" height=\"274\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Ehime servia bebidas \u00e0 base de sake, espetinhos, arroz com alga hijiki e rocambole recheado com pasta de feij\u00e3o que no Jap\u00e3o chamam de an-taruto, o que confundiu LP; expliquei que taruto era de tart, tarte\u2026 Aqui em casa a gente chama de tora-maki. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5164.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"festival do japao fukushima\" border=\"0\" alt=\"festival do japao fukushima\" src=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5164_thumb.jpg\" width=\"484\" height=\"363\" \/><\/a>&#160;<\/p>\n<p>Na barraca de Fukushima tinha fila para os espetinhos e bolinhos de arroz (onigiri)\u2026 <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5165.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"festival do japao nagasaki\" border=\"0\" alt=\"festival do japao nagasaki\" src=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5165_thumb.jpg\" width=\"484\" height=\"364\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Nagasaki servia udon e espetinhos. Lamentei que n\u00e3o tivesse p\u00e3o-de-l\u00f3 (kasutera) nem o champon (lamen de frutos do mar)\u2026 <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5167.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"festival do japao shizuoka\" border=\"0\" alt=\"festival do japao shizuoka\" src=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5167_thumb.jpg\" width=\"484\" height=\"361\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Enfim, Shizuoka, prov\u00edncia onde morei, entre indas e vindas, mais de 10 anos. Dessa prov\u00edncia posso falar um pouco mais. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5168.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"festival do japao shizuoka cha\" border=\"0\" alt=\"festival do japao shizuoka cha\" src=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5168_thumb.jpg\" width=\"364\" height=\"484\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Um dos orgulhos da prov\u00edncia \u00e9 o ch\u00e1. Claro que existem ch\u00e1s e ch\u00e1s. O que eles chamam por l\u00e1 de shin-tcha \u00e9 o ch\u00e1 das primeiras folhas do ano. Como receberam pouca luz, o aroma e sabor s\u00e3o bem mais suaves. Tomei um copinho de ch\u00e1 por um real. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5169.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"festival do japao shizuoka unagi\" border=\"0\" alt=\"festival do japao shizuoka unagi\" src=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5169_thumb.jpg\" width=\"364\" height=\"483\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Enguia (unagi) \u00e9 um dos produtos mais conhecidos da cidade de Hamamatsu, no extremo oeste da prov\u00edncia. Grelhada, laqueada e servida com arroz, \u00e9 muito procurada sobretudo no ver\u00e3o. E, para minha surpresa, tinha tamb\u00e9m yuzu. Comprei 2 pacotinhos com 3 lim\u00f5es cada. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5170.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"festival do jap\u00e3o hokkaido\" border=\"0\" alt=\"festival do jap\u00e3o hokkaido\" src=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5170_thumb.jpg\" width=\"484\" height=\"364\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Hokkaido, terra de meu pai, trouxe arenque.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5171.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"festival do japao hokkaido bento\" border=\"0\" alt=\"festival do japao hokkaido bento\" src=\"http:\/\/marisaono.com\/delicia\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5171_thumb.jpg\" width=\"484\" height=\"364\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Mas, apesar da apar\u00eancia dos bent\u00f4s de arenque, lula e anchova estarem bons, a fila era imensa. Tamb\u00e9m tinha morango com chocolate e tirashi zushi.
