S\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9m pode ser prato \u00fanico, principalmente quando se usa muitos vegetais, muita &#8220;mistura&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Esta vers\u00e3o vem acompanhada de uma por\u00e7\u00e3o de somen, massa fina de trigo. Poderia ter utilizado nabo, batata, tofu frito, h\u00e1 quem goste at\u00e9 de berinjela. Cozinhe at\u00e9 que tudo ficar bem macio. Desligue o fogo e adicione miso (pasta de soja) \u00e0 gosto.
